5052 Aluminum Pipe
5052 aluminum alloy belongs to the widely used Al-Mg series. 5052 aluminum pipe has good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, good cold workability and medium strength. 5052 aluminum alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy has high strength, high plasticity and corrosion resistance. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Unlike many other aluminum alloy, it has good plasticity during semi-cold work hardening and cold work. Also, it has low plasticity when hardened, and can be easily polished. 5052 aluminum pipe is mainly used for applications requiring high plasticity and good weldability.
3A21 Aluminum Pipe
3A21 aluminum pipe is made from an aluminum alloy material composed of aluminum and a small amount of other alloy elements such as manganese, copper, chromium, and Zinc. 3A21 aluminum pipe can meet applications with various strength requirements due to its good tensile strength and yield strength. 3A21 aluminum pipe has good corrosion resistance and thus can be stably used in humid and corrosive environments without rusting easily. Besides, 3A21 aluminum pipe can be subjected to various surface treatments, such as anodizing, spraying, chrome plating, etc., for improved surface hardness and decoration. Another thing that makes 3A21 aluminum pipe a favorable option is aluminum alloy has lighter weight and lower density compared to other metals. It is an ideal lightweight option suitable for product designs that require light weight.
1050 Aluminum Pipe
1050 aluminum pipe adheres to the aluminum 1050 standard, which is an industrial standard using aluminum as the main component, favored for having light weight, high strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity. It is widely used in various fields including aerospace, transportation, construction, packaging, electronics.
1060 Aluminum Pipe
1060 aluminum pipe has more than 99.6% aluminum as a commonly used series. They are often subject to impact loads under high temperature and high pressure conditions in various other complex working environments. 1060 aluminum pipes are widely used in aerospace, transportation and other industrial fields.
1070 Aluminum Pipe
1070 aluminum pipe is made of a pure aluminium alloy as a wrought alloy that has high corrosion resistance and an excellent brazing ability. Its complementary elements include aluminium, iron, silicon, zinc, vanadium, copper, titanium, magnesium, and manganese. The high purity of 1070 aluminum alloy accounts for its plasticity and ductility, and products can be made through deep drawing, drawing and other forming processes. 1070 aluminum pipe has good corrosion resistance and is especially suitable for components, devices and structures working in hot and humid environments, such as chemical equipment, marine equipment, etc.
1100 Aluminum Pipe
1100 aluminum pipe has strong corrosion resistance and good plasticity. According to the different production process, there are cold-rolled pipe, hot-rolled pipe, stretched pipe and so on . The strength of 1100 is slightly higher than that of 1060, so it is suitable for products with high strength requirements. However, since the aluminum content is not as high as that of 1060 aluminum pipe, it is not recommended to use 1100 aluminum pipe products in the heat dissipation and electrical conductivity industries. 1100 aluminum pipe has good machining performance but lower cost. Therefore, 1100 aluminum pipes have seen a gradual increase in usage in recent years.
